  )\n\nMr. Steinmann is going to speak about JINSA (the Jewish Institute for
  National Security Affairs - www.jinsa.org )\, its raison d'etre\, its func
 tioning\, and illustrative examples of what JINSA has done.  In addition\, 
 he will describe how  JINSA serves as a model for other private\, not for p
 rofits which share policy recommendations and ideas into government.  Final
 ly\, he will provide a perspective on the Middle East\, with a focus on Isr
 ael in particular\, and American policy there.\n\nMr. Steinmann is Chief of
  Staff and Management Executive for the William Rosenwald Family Organizati
 on which is located in New York City. That organization oversees the busine
 ss and financial interests of the Rosenwald Family. He has been with the Ro
 senwald Organization since 1976. \n\nMr. Steinmann is also Chief of Staff\,
  Managing Director and Treasurer of American Securities\, L.P.\, a merchant
  and investment banking firm in New York City. Additionally\, he serves as 
 a director of Ametek\, Inc.\, a New York Stock Exchange listed diversified 
 manufacturing company.\n\nPreviously\, Mr. Steinmann was a founding partner
  of the law firm of Ferziger\, Wohl\, Finkelstein and Steinmann with a broa
 d corporate and commercial practice including financial institutions. Prior
  to that\, Mr. Steinmann was with the law firm of Christy\, Frey and Christ
 y\, located at Rockefeller Center in New York City. From 1967 to 1970\, Mr.
  Steinmann was an Assistant United States Attorney for the Eastern District
  of New York and Deputy Chief of the Criminal Division of that office.\n\nM
 r. Steinmann is associated with numerous professional and charitable organi
 zations including having served as: President of the Board of Columbia Gram
 mar & Preparatory School in New York City\; Vice President and Treasurer of
  the Academy of Political Science\; President and Chief Executive Officer o
 f the Jewish Institute for National Security Affairs (JINSA) and currently 
 as Chairman of JINSA’s Board of Advisors\; Chairman of the New York Board o
 f Governors of the Middle East Quarterly and Treasurer of the Middle East F
 orum\; a member of the Boards of the Center for Security Policy\, the Ameri
 ca-Israel Friendship League and the Golan Fund\; a member of the Executive 
 Board of the Committee for Accuracy in Middle East Reporting in America (CA
 MERA)\; President of American Friends of Qatzrin\; Executive Board member\,
  Director and Secretary/Treasurer of the Donor’s Forum on International Aff
 airs\; a member of the Advisory Boards of the Center for Jewish Studies at 
 Queens College\, the Middle East Intelligence Bulletin and Insight Turkey I
 nternational.\n\nMr. Steinmann holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with Honors 
 from New York University College of Arts and Sciences\, 1962\; an LLB from 
 Columbia University Law School\, 1965\; and an LLM from Georgetown Universi
 ty Graduate Law Center\, 1966 where Mr. Steinmann was an E. Barrett Prettym
