Greg Wagner serves as the Director of the Mayor’s Office of Public Policy and Finance. In this role, he serves as the Mayor’s Budget Director, with chief responsibility for preparing the Mayor’s balanced budget and shepherding it through the legislative process. Prior to this position he worked for three years in the Mayor’s Office as a Deputy Budget Director, and Fiscal & Policy Analyst. Prior to joining the Mayor’s Office, Greg worked for 6 years at the San Francisco Planning and Urban Research association (SPUR); most recently as the Program Director of Governance and Economic Development. He holds a Masters in Public Policy from the University of California at Berkeley and a Bachelors of Political Science and Philosophy from the University of Wisconsin at Madison.

       Important subject and in the ERT tradition of concentrating on a subject for several sessions. SFCC has issues dating back to the 30's and reforms that may now be outdated or factually out of balance. Lets keep pondering the $ and voter composition of SF.
