Dear Fellow ERT Members:
It’s my sad duty to report that long-time ERT member and great friend, Robert Kurtenacker, passed away on Wednesday.
Robert was an intensely thoughtful, very determined, but soft spoken and kind person. He was always honest and clear about his views, but never overbearing. He was truly a gentleman, in every sense of the word. He, and his contributions, will be sorely missed.
As many of you know, Robert was challenged with health issues for some time, but his sudden passing is a shock to his family and friends. Robert’s close friend and fellow ERT member, May Troung, has told me that a date for a memorial service has not been set. I’ll keep you all up to date as I hear further information.
If anyone would like to make direct contact with Rob’s family, please let me know.
In recognition of Rob’s passing, there will be a moment of silence at our next ERT meeting.
Thanks, Mike
